Agreement

Article 1.
"WOW Other countries" is the Web site name that "Vatora Japan co.,ltd." administers.
This use agreement applies it to all people using service of WOW.
The use of WOW is done by responsibility of a user entirely.
WOW includes a link of other websites.
WOW doesn't bear responsibility in the damage that occurred by the use of the information that I got from a link of other site.
In addition, service of WOW doesn't guarantee whether contents of site are appropriate in environment of a user.
Access to WOW is a thing by free will of a customer.
A user has responsibility on the use of WOW entirely.
WOW is accessed by countries of the whole world where a law is different.
On the use of WOW, it is assumed that a user agrees to what is restricted by a law of Japan and a law of a country of a user.
It is assumed that users agreed on mention contents of all the WOW use agreements.
Therefore a user reads a use agreement, and then please use WOW service.
Because there is a case to change a use agreement, please confirm it regularly.
WOW of other countries is administered independently in each country and is connected with it in a net.
A user please obey a use agreement of the country which did member registration.

Article 2.
It is assumed that the many rules that WOW shows by online or other methods constitute one part of this agreement. But it is assumed that many rules take first priority when many rules are different from this agreement.

Article 3.
As for the use agreement, WOW can change it by judgment of WOW at any time without getting the consent of a user. A use agreement after a change becomes effective since a point in time that WWW displayed on site. In addition, it is assumed that the WOW user after a change of a use agreement agreed to contents of a change.

Article 4.
1. The user whom WOW uses has to approve a use agreement. WOW gives a user in acknowledgement of a use agreement "user ID / a password".
2. I don't approve the enrollment of an enrollment applicant by WOW original examination judgment. In addition WOW cancels approval when having judged that WOW isn't suitable after having approved it. WOW cancels approval without disclosing the reason in a user.

Article 5. 
You agree to a use agreement, and anyone can use service of WOW free if it is a user registered with WOW.(it omits a charged option.)

Article 6.
WOW can eliminate it when having judged that WOW is non-appropriate about the information that a user carried. That case can eliminate it without disclosing the reason. But WOW doesn't guarantee to watch information by this rule.

Article 7.
1. A user uses WOW by responsibility of self. An act and the result to use WOW become responsibility of a user entirely.
2. A user bears responsibility in management of one's "A password, a registration E-mail, use and management of URL." In an operation mistake or the unjust use that someone else depends on, WOW agrees to not bearing responsibility.
3. When someone else used WOW in "a password, an email address" of a user, responsibility of a result becomes a registration member.
4. Even if certification information of a member is used for other people, and there is the damage, WOW isn't responsible.
5. About the data file which a user made, please save it in responsibility of self.
It is assumed that a user consents that a save of data file isn't sure.
6. Please save it by responsibility of a user about all data which a user made.
About save contents of data of a user, our company don't guarantee.
WOW avoids the following responsibility.
Disappearance of save data.An objection of a server stop.A dispute.Request of compensation for damages.
In addition, when there were various problems by use of WOW, WOW isn't responsible either.
7. Please tell WOW immediately when having forgot personal certification information of a user.
8. When there is a dispute between other people with a user, please solve a dispute by responsibility of self.
When a dispute occurred between other users or the third person by the use of this service, a user please solve a dispute by expense and responsibility of self.
In addition, a user compensates our company for the damage when our company was damaged by a dispute of a user.
9. When a user does a commercial activity, please tell a user about clear responsibility relation.A user profile please write an address as a name of self.

Article 8.
When a user finishes the use of this service, please connect with WOW.
If a procedure is over, service is finished.
Our company can eliminate information of a user in a WOW server.

Article 9.
1. Please do business of an advertiser and a user by each other's responsibility.
Our company don't bear responsibility in the damage that occurred by an advertisement.
2. All contents offered to this service by our company or an advertiser are protected by a right / patent right about each copyright / trademark rights / service mark or other proprietary rights and a law, and an intellectual property right of each belongs to each our company / an advertiser / a designer.
All contents offered to this service are protected by proprietary rights and a law.
"Our company and an advertiser and a designer" have an intellectual property right.
3. Our company have a copyright to use in order to offer all contents.
There is a copyright to use in order to offer WOW service in our company.
4. A copyright of the contents which a user made becomes the user concerned as a general rule.
Our company can use an article and the photograph which a user made.
5. Our company can carry information on other site to administer.
A member consents to this. 
6. Forbid using "information, a photograph, a design" without leave.

Article 10.
1. A member can use translation service free. (except arbitrary charged translation)
2. A volunteer does translation. Our company don't check the contents which a volunteer translated. Our company don't guarantee contents of the text which a volunteer translated. Even if a member has the damage by translation, there isn't responsibility in our company.
3. A period to translate isn't fixed.
4. There can be the thing that it isn't translated if there is the reason of something.
Our company don't explain the reason to a user.
5. Please use translation service based on responsibility of a user entirely.
A user bears all responsibility about all act and the result.
Even if a user and other people have the damage by the use of translation service, responsibility doesn't have our company.
6. Please think about whether you use translation service by responsibility of own.
7. Translation site link isn't a thing to guarantee a translated text.
Please do the use of link site in responsibility of oneself.

Article 11
A member prohibits an act of the lower part.
A member forbids linking in the purpose that seems to become an act of the lower part.
When "a member did a prohibition act", I eliminate blog of a member and abolish a member contract.
By judgment of our company, I eliminate blog of a member, and there can be the thing that a member contract abolishes it.
1. An act to violate this agreement.
2. An act to slander our company.
3. An act to damage our company and other people.
4. An act to use a name of WOW for without permission.
5. An act to give a bad image of WOW.
6. An act a member uses WOW, and to turn a bad thing into.
7. An act to be opposite to a purpose of WOW.
8. An act to interfere with administration of WOW.
9. An act to interfere with the use of other members.
10. An act to send data of quantity to give bad influence to WOW.
11.An act to interfere with administration of WOW in viruses.
12. An act to tell about a place putting a computer virus.
13. An act to eliminate the commercial that our company admitted.
14. The act that our company put the commercial that I judged not to be good in.
15. An act to take out a link having nothing to do with contents of blog of a member.
16. Track back of contents having nothing to do with blog contents of a member.
17. You use a name and an address of a member of someone else and use WOW.
18. You use a name and an address of a member of someone else and join a computer.
19. You give other people a right of one's member.
20. The act that you make an image of someone else bad.
21 The contents which seem to become a trouble.
22. You put false information in WOW and deceive a user.
23. Racial discrimination, nation discrimination, other acts to discriminate against.
24. Violent content, cruel contents, a criminal act and criminal contents.
25. An act to give a user an unpleasant image.
26. The act that seems to advise suicide to other people. And an act to tell about such a site.
27. The contents which recommend a drug to a user.
28. An act to be related to a crime of fraud.
29. A commercial of business to think that our company am not good.
30. An act to inform other people of personal information of someone else without leave.
31. The act that a purpose attracts personal information.
32. An act to sell an email address to.
33. An act you use WOW, and to tell someone else about personal information.
34 .Contents such as "sex description", "prostitution", "child abuse."　Or an act to tell about such a site.
35. It is prohibition that you put purpose contents of Sex in WOW.
36. An act to turn multilevel distributionship into.
37. An act to violate a law of each country.
38. An act to transmit an advertising email without choice.
39. An act to write comment without relation in prose.
40. The act that WOW took as a problem.

Article 12.
I think by your responsibility, and please decide whether you use this service.
Our company don't guarantee contents whether information of a member writing it in WOW is right.
Our company agree to there not being responsibility about a trouble and the loss that occurred by a が cause by this service.
Internet is sent by a world country, and there is a lot of bad site.
A user of WOW may be linked to such a site.
Our company don't bear responsibility.
1. Our company am not related to communication between members and activity.
If there is a trouble between members, please be settled between members.
There isn't responsibility of a trouble in our company.
2. Our company don't guarantee it whether all information writing in WOW is right.
3. Our company don't guarantee quality of this service.
4. In the contents that the member made with oneself || all || is responsible.
In our company, the contents which a member wrote don't do a guarantee.
When there is a trouble, there isn't responsibility in our company.
5. Other users may use it contents of a member.
Even if a member has the damage in this, there isn't responsibility in our company.
6. WOW includes a link going to other site.
About protection of personal information when you went to other site, there isn't responsibility in our company.
Therefore please manage it by one's responsibility when writing one's information on a net.
7. Even if other users have the damage, for the contents that a member wrote, there isn't responsibility in our company.
8. Even if an account of a member is used for someone else, there isn't responsibility in our company.
9. WOW includes a lot of advertisements.
A member does business with an advertiser, and there isn't responsibility in our company even if there is the damage.
10. When contents of a member were changed by other people, there isn't responsibility in our company.
11. A server of WOW can stop by a cause of something.
When the contents that a member made disappeared, there isn't responsibility in our company.
12. Even if someone else uses "a password, e-mail, URL" of a member, there isn't responsibility in our company.
13. Our company change this agreement, and there isn't responsibility in our company even if a result member has the damage.
14. Even if a user has the damage by "a defect, a change of contents, a stop, the end of WWW" of W O W, there isn't responsibility in our company.
15. A member uses WOW, and there is the damage of something, and there isn't responsibility in our company either.
16. When a user does a commercial activity, please tell a user about clear responsibility relation.A user profile please write an address as a name of self.
A trouble is settled between the persons concerned, and there isn't responsibility in our company even if there is the damage.
17. Our company don't guarantee about precision and a translation period of a text.
In addition, it isn't translated when our company judged that contents of a text aren't good.
There is the damage of something as a result that a member used translation service, and there isn't responsibility in our company either.
18. Translation site link isn't a thing to guarantee a translated text.
Please do the use of link site in responsibility of oneself.
Even if a user has the damage by this, there isn't responsibility in our company.

Article 13.
Our company can do "a change of WOW, a stop, the complete end" by judgment of our company.
After this service end, our company can delete all data of a user.
Even if a user has the damage by this, there isn't responsibility in our company.

Article 14.
1. As for this agreement, it is interpreted a law of "each country of a Japanese law and member" in a standard.
2. The legal proceedings by this service agree to doing it at a court of law to appoint of our company.
